1. LEGAL AGREEMENT & ACCEPTANCE

This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023. By accessing www.yera.com (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Website.

2. DATA PRIVACY & DPDP ACT COMPLIANCE

As a Data Fiduciary,YERA Glassware is committed to protecting your personal data.

  • Affirmative Consent: By placing an order, you provide informed consent for us to process your Name, Address, and Contact details solely for order fulfillment.

  • Data Rights:You have the right to access, correct, or request the erasure of your personal data ("Right to be Forgotten"), subject to statutory tax and audit retention requirements.

3. PRODUCT SAFETY & USAGE

YERA products are crafted from premium Soda-Lime Glass.To ensure safe usage, the following guidelines must be followed:

  • Thermal Shock Warning: Soda-lime glass is not borosilicate. Do not expose glassware to extreme temperature fluctuations (e.g., do not pour boiling liquids into a cold glass or move a glass directly from the freezer to the microwave).

  • Microwave Safety: Use in a microwave is only permitted if the product is explicitly marked "Microwave Safe." Never use glassware for dry heating or in conventional ovens.

4. PRICING, PAYMENTS, & TAXES

  • GST: All retail prices displayed on the Website are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).

  • Errors: In the event of a pricing error due to technical glitches, YERA reserves the right to cancel the order and provide a 100% refund, even if an order confirmation has been sent.

5. BULK, INSTITUTIONAL, & CORPORATE ORDERS

  • Offline Execution: Bulk or corporate requirements are not executed via the website checkout. Customers must initiate these via the "Bulk Inquiry" section, email, or telephone.

  • Separate Contract: Such orders are governed by a separate Purchase Order (PO) or negotiated contract. Retail discounts and website-specific promotional codes do not apply to B2B/Institutional sales.

  • Customization:Branding or logo printing on glassware is subject to separate lead times and minimum order quantities (MOQs).

6. SHIPPING & LOGISTICS

  • Serviceability:Delivery is subject to PIN code serviceability by our third-party fragile-goods courier partners.

  • Timelines:Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours. Transit times vary between 3–7 business days.

  • Packaging: We use specialized 2-ply corrugated packaging to ensure the highest safety for glass transit.

7. BREAKAGE & REPLACEMENT POLICY

We offer a 24-hour Replacement Window for transit damage or wrong product delivered.

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video:Due to the fragile nature of our products, a continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory for all breakage claims. The video must show the shipping label and the discovery of the damage with the date of recording.

  • Claim Submission: Report breakage within 24 hours of delivery via our support portal with the order ID and video proof.

  • No "Change of Mind" Returns: To minimize the risk of breakage during return transit and reduce our carbon footprint, we do not accept returns for "Change of Mind" once a product is delivered in good condition.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The "YERA" name, logo, and all proprietary glass designs are the intellectual property of Shreno Limited. Any unauthorized reproduction or use of website imagery for commercial resale without written consent is strictly prohibited

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

YERA Glassware shall not be liable for any injury or damage resulting from the misuse of our products, including thermal shock breakage, use of cracked glassware, or improper cleaning with abrasive materials.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

In the event Shreno/Purchaser (Parties) is unable to meet its contractual obligations as a result of an Act of God, war, insurrection, strikes, derailments, or any like causes beyond its control, that Party’s obligations and those of such other parties affected by the force majeure condition shall be suspended for the duration of same; provided, however, that the Parties shall make all reasonable efforts to continue to meet their obligations during the duration of the force majeure condition; and provided, further, that the Party declaring force majeure shall notify the other Party promptly when the force majeure begins, of the force majeure condition and when the condition is expected to terminate.In the event thatthe force majeure event continues for more than 2 months your payment shall be refunded.

11. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Vadodara, Gujarat
