YERA Maverick Whiskey Glass, T12M19, 380ml, Set of 6 Pack

Not happy with their responses. I had placed an order and it was delivered to me but 1 of the glass was broken in transit. Though they quickly helped me with the replacement, ofcourse i had to followup but i had mentioned in my mail that out of the 2 set of glasses i would like to return one. They did not support that for whatever their policies. Am saying they should consider this too. The glasses are too huge when you actually hold it, I thought the glass would comparitively be small. If you ask me it kinda blows off the whole asthetics of drinkng for being too huge. Never mind i was not happy with their response when they said we hardly do a replacement. YERA team do note, if the item is delivered broken to the customer you are liable to give a replacement and not give an attitude that your doing a favor on the customer by replacing that single glass.
